**The Opportunity**:
If you’re looking to step up into a leadership role at Komatsu, we have your opportunity to become a Supervisor as part of the Pre-Delivery and Inspection Team.

Reporting to the Production Control Manager you will lead, mentor, and develop employees to maintain a competent and effective team.

Additionally you are responsible for planning workload and managing the production schedule to ensure resources are available to meet demand, executing work orders to the required safety, quality, cost and delivery standards, while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Delivering 70 Trucks within the Department in the last 12 months, this fast paced role is ideal for someone looking to build their career and lead a team with a world leading Mining and Construction OEM.

Must be currently based in Perth WA.

**Roster**:8 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience with Management/Supervision of an OEM or Manufacturing Production Department or similar.
- The ability to present and execute project planning, scheduling recommendations to internal and external customers.
- Previous experience with Engineering processes
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to communicate with internal and inter-company contacts, to create a customer focused manufacturing support environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft productions (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement the necessary changes promptly.
