We are seeking an experienced Sales/Store Manger to join our dynamic, progressive, and rapidly expanding company.

Your primary role is to manage the Nowra office efficiently and help prospective clients with product knowledge from first contact all the way through to delivery and any future support needed. You will be required to attend camping expos throughout the year, and we are looking for someone wanting a long-term position with a good work history who can sell and organise.

This permanent position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Day-to-day management of the sales yard.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to show customers through our product range and process orders.
- Sales and Handover of Camper Trailers and Caravans.
- Arrange delivery of camper trailers + accessories direct to customers from our Showroom / Warehouse.
- Attending some trade shows in the NSW area with our interstate show team.
- Identifying and establishing new sale opportunities.
- Understanding the full product knowledge of a wide variety of stock, both new and used.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

- Minimum 2 years Management role in sales
- Caravan industry knowledge highly regarded.
- Willingness to be hands on and be an active part of our New South Wales Team.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent people skills.
- Practical skills and technical competence.
- Attention to detail and highly accurate.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Clear and confident communication skills

The Rewards: Good salary + uncapped commissions + Super. Salary negotiable for the right applicant.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
