YOUR NEW ROLE
As part of the Leadership team as an Assistant Manager at our Osborne Park store you will be leading the daily operations of the store and reporting to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). You will proactively identify opportunities to make operations more efficient, look after staff rostering and manage costs of doing business. Leading the daily operations of both the showroom and warehouse, you're focused on team training, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed in their roles. You'll lead by example to inspire a positive and performing team culture that prioritises safety and delivers a fantastic place to work and shop.
