We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Care & Inside Sales Coordinator at our site in Dandenong South. Reporting to the Customer Care & Inside Sales Leader, this role requires you to support the sales team with multiple tasks such as data analysis, documentation, reports, supporting key account, providing solutions to exceed expectations and liaising with Account Managers in regard to customer relationship management.

You will be responsible for providing excellent sales support to the internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-focused and adaptable team player who is looking to progress their career and add real value to our facilities

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide data analytical support to commercial, IC&D and marketing
- Analysis, datamining of sales and customer orders
- Management of data from Salesforce and IFFMAN
- Dashboard management
- Analysis and presentation of key trends to leaders
- System report management and set up
- Being a proactive frontline sales service liaison between the customers and the company
- Attending sales meetings to remain current on activities, providing support and back up for the sales and marketing teams as required
- Managing product requests and enquiries, including price lists, lead time and product information
- Preparing monthly performance data and monthly/quarterly sales reports
- Documentation support (SDS, PDS, Allergens) for Accounts Managers
- Ad hoc admin tasks for Account Managers as required
- Account Management of Inside Sales accounts

**Job Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience in data analysis/ sales support role
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience with client/customer databases and content management systems
