**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Implementing and maintaining policy and procedure;
- Team management including monitoring key performance indicators and expectations;
- Training and development of the PM team;
- Oversee the day to day operations of a portfolio of properties;
- End to End Solutions of your growth portfolio;
- New Business Development;
- Conducting regular team meetings;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster long-term partnerships.
- Staying across trust accounting and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Reporting directly to the owners;
- Attending tribunal;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
**To succeed in this role you'll have**
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on business development and portfolio growth
- A strong attention to detail.
- A real estate licence;
- A strong understanding of property management principles,
landlord-tenant laws, and industry regulations
- Experience with Property Tree or similar;
- Proficiency in trust accounting;
- Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Experience and a desire to develop systems and processes to contribute to team success;
- The ability to lead a team;
- Strong conflict resolution skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time; and
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms.
