**Job Description**:
Job Opportunity: Hotel Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the hotel availability and supply strategy in Queensland
- Inform hotels about allotments, availability, and supply
- Conduct rate and competitor checks
- Act as the main point of contact for hotels, answering their questions and providing information and advice through various communication channels
- Assist with organizing and coordinating tourist trade fair visits with hotels
- Monitor statistics and follow up on cancellations and evaluations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant account management role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience or interest in e-travel and/or the hotel/travel industry
- Proactive, responsible, friendly, and able to work independently
- Quick and resourceful, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in an e-travel and hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing great service
- Preferably, a background in hotel management or a university degree
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Already living in Brisbane with a permit to work in Australia without work pass sponsorship
