Through the advent of high-visibility retail brands sold in Woolworths and Coles - Made With Plants and Get Plant’d - Cale & Daughters has made a major contribution to the way plant-based food is perceived by everyday shoppers in Australia.

**About you**

We are now seeking an experienced two experienced afternoon shift cleaners for our vegan, plant-based food production facility based in Darra, Brisbane. You will need to be motivated, reliable and have proven experience in cleaning food production areas.

**About the role**

You will work with a small team to ensure the daily clean is completed to a standard compliant with our HACCP and other Food Safety standards.

Through the shift, your duties will include cleaning and scrubbing production equipment, including but not limited to conveyor belts, production machinery, floors and packing areas.

To be successful you will:

- Follow standard operating procedures, including written and verbal instructions.
- Work according to safety guidelines.
- Carry out duties autonomously and independently.
- Understand the importance of food hygiene.
- Delivering a clean area for successful assessment, both visually and microbiologically
- Be physically fit.
- Have a willingness to learn and a commitment to perform to expected standards.
- Hold a full driver’s license and have a reliable car.
- Previous cleaning experience with a food environment, would be beneficial but not essential.

Please note, shifts are Monday to Friday for four hours per day, starting from 6pm.
