**About the role**:
Rabobank’s Vendor Management Team has an opening for an Analyst. You will join a dynamic team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of 1-2 days in the office 3-4 days at home.

The Analyst will provide crucial business analysis to support the growth, stability, compliance (including Regulatory compliance) and sustainability of the Rabobank’s Vendor Management business in Australia and New Zealand. This entails vigilant monitoring of the Vendor Management process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to Prudential Standard 231 - Outsourcing, the Outsourcing Standard and Procurement Procedure of the bank. The role also requires close working relationships with internal teams to support and facilitate compliance with relevant APRA / RBNZ / ECB / DNB regulatory standards and internal policies and continually assist in the development and improvement of the Vendor Management framework.

The team is also looking to build the next level of maturity, hence, the roles requires critical thinking and being able to identify process and system improvement opportunities.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Regular reporting and analysis on volume, spend, industry and trends etc.
- Managing the Bank’s supplier management platform ( LogicGate) and Rabobank intranet (RaboHub)
- Supporting internal stakeholders on vendor onboarding process in accordance with the internal policies and procedures
- Working closely with the 3 Lines of Responsibilities to ensure all requirements are embedded into the onboarding process
- Providing support and guidance to the Supplier Relationship Managers on monitoring the vendors and internal offshoring arrangements and SLA /IOA renewal when required
- Ensuring staff awareness and education/training of the Vendor Management framework as well as relevant policies throughout the bank
- Work to continuously improve tools and processes of the Vendor Management framework
- Provide guidance and assistance in the completion of relevant/required reports to Boards, Committees, Group, Management and Business Units, regulator as required; and
- Continuously working towards streamlining the workflows used in LogicGate

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 2 years + work experience in a corporate environment. Banking industry experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship management skills, with an ability to interact with and influence at all functions and levels
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365)
- Driven, resourceful and able to prioritise
