We are URGENTLY looking for EXPERIENCED cafe all-rounder - with barista & "opening / closing shop" skills - Gloria Jeans Coffee shops in Bankstown Centro (opposite Woolworths ) and in Padstow if required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling coffee and tea blends.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to multi-task and cook basic hot food - burgers, egg & bacon rolls, schnitzels, etc - is also a significant part of the role.
- Learning recipes for a wide range of hot & cold drinks and stocktake ability.
- Great Customer Service is the #1 requirement as well as being a clean freak...
- MUST be available some evenings until 9 pm.
- Must be consistently available both WEEKEND days - though likely only work one most weeks - SUNDAYS A MUST.
- Mondays are also desired.

**MINIMUM Requirements**:
Please ensure that you have all the below experience:

- 1 YR BARISTA ( barista course not sufficient )
- A GREAT, WARM & FRIENDLY ATTITUDE
- 1 YR OPENING / CLOSING STORE - including POS ( TILL ) Reconciliation
- ONE HELL OF A WORK ETHIC - NO PHONES
- GREAT FUN PLACE TO WORK FOR SOMEONE WITH ASPIRATIONS AND HIGH EXPECTATIONS.
- PLEASE ATTACH YOUR LATEST RESUME... WITH SHIFT DAYS & TIMES AVAILABLE.

**Schedule**:

- Likely 20 - 25 hours per week though could be more. CASUAL PART-TIME.
- Hence IDEAL for a tertiary student.
- The trial involved immediate start available if suited.
