About you

Primary responsibility to install specified Construction projects in accordance with Otis' policies, procedures,and quality standards,
contract specifications, timelines and applicable statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for complying with company Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures including reporting any conditions which may impact on the environment or any employee.- Maintain and work to the Quality System including procedures and manuals. Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers of your processes.- Administer and manage the works contract between Otis and the customer.- Ensures that company vehicles, tools, equipment and materials are correctly maintained.- Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are installed on time and on budget

What you will need to be successful- Trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting or Electrical- Working safely at heights qualification- Basic rigging qualification- Proven planning and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
