**The Role**

We are seeking a seasoned and detail orientated Project Manager to join our team who prides themselves on their outstanding delivery capability and stakeholder engagement skills, who can help us to deliver on our customer commitment to excellence.

Your collaborative and consultative nature will help you align with key project stakeholders to define and establish the project goals and success criteria that you will be measured on.

With your strong communication, planning and influencing skills you will tenaciously oversee deliverables, foreseeing, identifying and resolving risks and issues and reporting accordingly with project stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops work statements, scope/priority definitions, budgets and schedules for assigned Projects. Develops documents with appropriate standards to meet client requirements and needs
- Monitors project status and identifies risks. Documents project progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain project course.
- Interfaces and collaborates with team members, stakeholders and management to anticipate and manage changes to projects, such as, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule.
- Manages expectations of client project/senior management, company management and project team for agreed upon project performance by obtaining, providing, analysing and interpreting project metrics.
- Requests and/or oversees the selection of assigned personnel for projects. Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. Acts as point of contact with client project management.
- Gathers feedback from client on project results; analyses feedback and incorporates same into future projects.
- Monitors adherence to budget, reviews and recommends variances as necessary.

**Key Skills Required**
- Five or more years of project management experience
- Consulting Experience
- Experience in Oracle and in particular Oracle eBusiness Suite is highly desirable
- Experience in Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS) desired
- Strong leadership qualities, including building and motivating teams and organisational development skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated stakeholder management at Senior Management level
- Solid MS Project/Project Scheduling capabilities
- Ability to develop strong trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
- Project Management - Professional certification or accreditation in project or project management is desirable
