**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first friendly face guests see - welcome them warmly and offer assistance with gaming machines and facilities.
- Share your knowledge of games, current promotions, and venue policies to enhance the guest experience.
- Keep the gaming floor looking sharp - ensure everything is clean, tidy, and operating smoothly.
- Jump in to troubleshoot and resolve any guest issues with speed and professionalism.
- Help create a safe, fair, and exciting gaming environment for everyone.
- Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and integrity, following all company procedures.
- Work side-by-side with a great team to ensure every guest has a seamless and enjoyable time.
- Stay in the loop with the latest promotions and offerings so you're always one step ahead.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.40 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- gaming: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
