**Core Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and nurture key client relationships as their trusted valuation advisor
- Deliver precise, independent residential property valuations
- Conduct thorough site inspections and detailed property assessments
- Create comprehensive valuation reports that exceed industry standards
- Ensure full compliance with IVS/API/IFRS reporting requirements
- Monitor market dynamics and maintain robust comparable sales databases
- Utilise JLL's proprietary technology to enhance valuation processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of valuation methodologies
- Share market intelligence across our collaborative team network
- Maintain professional CPV accreditation and ongoing education

**Your Profile**
- RPV or CPV qualification
- Strong understanding of property valuation principles and practices
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn proprietary systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
