We're looking for a passionate and experienced **Store Manager** to join us at our bustling **Canberra DFO** store on a **Full Time** basis. If you love fashion, leading high performing teams and want to be part of something big, this is the perfect opportunity for you

- Collaborate with the Area and Cluster Manager to drive and achieve sales targets by leading and motivating your store team members.

- Get creative and execute visual merchandising strategies that showcase our footwear and accessories to maintain the store's distinctive Steve Madden aesthetic.
- Contribute to and oversee the management of inventory, stock replenishment, and the efficient running of store operations.
- Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**
- Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of successful leadership within the fashion industry.
- Pride in your exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and building teams to reach their full potential.
- Exceptional communication skills with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and harness team strengths to drive innovation within the store.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organisational abilities and desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and an appreciation for Steve Madden's unique style aesthetic.
