**Your new role**
As a SOC Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of security operations center (SOC) analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring that their needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SOC, including incident response, threat detection and response, and vulnerability management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in a leadership role within a security operations center (SOC)
- Extensive knowledge of security technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security incidents
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Strong technical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of security operations center (SOC) analysts
