**Your New Role**:
As the **ICT Test Practice Manager **you will** **work with key Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, Development Teams and Vendors to develop test plans, Test cases/scripts and execute software testing against plans to support ICT initiatives. Ability and experience in building a Testing Practice including processes and supporting documentation.

**The ICT Test Practice Manager will**:

- Develop and implement the company's testing and quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Establish and maintain robust testing standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Create and enforce testing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information.
- Proven track record of delivering quality software products.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Experience leading and managing a high-performance testing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in delivering under varied SDLC including agile/waterfall methodologies.
