About Us

RYCO Access Solutions is a Brisbane-based rope access and building maintenance company with plenty of secured work ahead. We specialise in façade washdowns, repaint projects, waterproofing, mastic/render repairs, and anchor installations. We are now looking to expand our team with motivated rope access technicians and painters ready to start immediately.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Rope access works including façade washdowns, painting, sealing, and minor repairs.
- Safe and efficient execution of building maintenance tasks at height.
- Supporting site supervisors with daily tasks, including set-up and pack-down.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Completing before-and-after photos and site documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- **IRATA Ticket (any level)** - essential.
- **Working at Heights certification** - essential.
- **Right to work in Australia** - essential.
- Painting experience highly regarded but not required.
- Reliability, good attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
