We are looking for a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team in Carole Park, QLD

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Delivering first-class service to our customers.- Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.- Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens- Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:
- Diesel Mechanic or similar Motor Trade Certification/Qualification.- Minimum of two years of experience in rebuild process.- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.- Ability to workday or afternoon shifts and Saturday (rostered).- Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment
