**About the role**

Stratco is looking for a bright and customer focused Customer Service Team Member who possesses a personality and smile to match, to work as part of our friendly team based at our Epping Customer Service Centre (CSC).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Telephone customer service and inbound sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Liaison with manufacturing and dispatch teams

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills, and a personable, approachable team player
- Eye for detail particularly with administration and data entry
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A desire and willingness to develop within the business
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
