Anglicare's Child and Family Services across the Riverina are dedicated to strengthening family and community ties, promoting children's well-being, and encouraging family participation in community life. As the Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services that make a real difference in families' lives.
**What you'll do**:
- Lead and support teams across the Riverina/Murrumbidgee area to deliver Child and Family Service programs with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
- Develop and deliver centre-based and home-visiting programs that promote child development, family engagement, school readiness, and holistic family support.
- Provide case management and ensure our trauma-informed services meet the highest standards while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to foster community collaboration.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide comprehensive reports to the Child, Youth, and Family Services Senior Manager.
- Personally support a small caseload, ensuring consistent and personalised support for families.
**What you'll bring**:
- Diploma in Community Services or relevant qualifications.
- Experience leading teams to provide culturally safe, respectful, and trauma-informed family services.
- Experience in working with Aboriginal families and communities, as well as in delivering evidence-based parenting programs.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills committed to excellence in service delivery.
