As GHD's advocate for key clients, Relationship Managers (RMs) play a crucial role in delivering our client strategy. We are seeking a Relationship Manager to act as the voice of the client, influencing our internal teams to continuously improve client relationships, experiences, and delivery, resulting in valued partnerships and commercial success. Join our global professional services team, proud to address society's most pressing needs in transport, water, energy, and urbanisation while creating memorable client experiences.

In this exciting role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of professionals and business functions, including Market Leaders and GHD project delivery teams, to serve our key client across Western Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive exceptional client experiences by strategically executing client-centric business plans within the GHD Australian Key Client Program.
- Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers within Main Roads, as well as key influencers in the transport market in WA.
- Maintain and expand an opportunity pipeline for Main Roads.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for selected major tenders, pursuits and projects for Main Roads.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- An innovative and commercial thinker, considering market trends, commercial imperatives, and the future of the transport network.
- Demonstrate leadership through influence, achieving outstanding client outcomes and positioning GHD strongly in the market through collaboration, focus, and responsiveness.
- Provide leadership within the business in developing and delivering projects, which maximise GHD’s involvement through utilisation of multi-disciplinary teams and enhances our client’s experience in working with GHD.
- Exemplify GHD values of safety, respect, integrity, and teamwork, with a particular emphasis on inclusion, diversity, and client experience.
- Experience in a senior role within the transport sector, preferably in Western Australia, with expertise in client engagement, tendering, winning, and ideally delivering major strategic projects.
- Familiarity with professional services environments.
- A track record of championing technical excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, with post-graduate qualifications or an MBA advantageous.
- Professional qualifications, registrations, and accreditations with industry-recognized bodies
