Our client is a family-owned company located within Perth metro area. They provide vegetation management and maintenance services to public and private facilities management. This is a casual full-time role with potential to go permanent.

**About the role**:

- You will be working outdoors most of the time.
- Must be confident driving trucks.
- Manual labour work involved. (Tree pruning and removals, land clearing, stump grinding, firebreaks, etc)
- Assisting crews load equipment at the beginning of each shift and undertake daily checks
- At the end of each shifts undertake maintenance, prepare all equipment for the next day & place into locked containers
- Must be able to work occasional weekends

**The successful applicant has the following skills and experience**:

- A reliable, team-player, who is pro-active in their work
- Drivers must have a HR or MR licence for more than 6 months with experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Need a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to get to sites.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions
- Safety committed
- White card, First aid Certificate (desirable)
- High-risk licences, Traffic Management ticket and Certified training in working around powerlines (highly regarded)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- driving trucks: 1 year (preferred)
- Manual handling: 1 year (required)
- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- HR Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
