Henry M’s Cafe/Wine bar in Manning is looking for a talented and driven individual to take the reigns and drive this venture to new heights.

This role is ideal for an established Manager looking for an exciting change to build something from the ground up in this exciting leadership role.

Ultimately this is a top tier leadership role in our company - so a natural confidence to inspire and lead coupled with clear and concise communication skills is a must.

The role will require the ability to manage wage costs, run a profitable enterprise through smart purchasing and negotiating supply chain plus work and communicate collaboratively with key stakeholders on a day to day basis.

Added bonus points if you can cost a cocktail, or shake a boston and impart wine knowledge confidently to your team members.
