**The Role**

Our People & Culture team is growing We are excited to invite an experienced senior HR generalist to join our team, in a role that will see you at the forefront of shaping a skilled, empowered and healthy workplace that is underpinned by a wonderful community spirit.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working onsite at our picturesque, beautifully maintained Campus in Melbourne’s leafy East, with free onsite parking, and close to major arterials and public transport.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of HR operations. Your skills and insights will be integral in supporting robust HR frameworks and programs across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding, to performance management, ER / IR, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.

The People & Culture Team services around 600 College staff on the one site (full-time, part-time and casual). We are a warm, highly collaborative, purpose-driven team who make it an important part of our day to share fun.

**About You**

You are a qualified, senior HR professional with 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Business Partner / Manager role, with core competence in Employee Relations and Operational Management.

Ideally you will have experience in an education or similar setting, where ‘community focus’ is at the heart of your professional duty.

You will have a positive, timely, customer service approach and honed HR advisory skills to support all stakeholder groups across the School - including School Executive, Leaders and a broad range of teaching and general staff.

You thrive in a role where no day is the same, continuous improvement is the norm, and career development is encouraged.
