**About the role**:
We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family Mandarin speaking desirable and encouraged to apply. As a CAREGiver you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 9am onwards.
At our Syndey Eastern Suburbs Office, we service areas from the Sutherland area. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success, with no prior experience or qualifications necessary.

**About you**:
- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
- Previous experience in aged care desirable but not essential
- Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
- Must be located and willing to travel up to 20 minutes to and from their first and last client.
- Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
