About the role:
We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family As a CAREGiver you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 9am onwards.
At our Sydney Hornsby Hills Office, we service areas from Seven Hills to Forrest Glen. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success, with no prior experience or qualifications necessary.

About you:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experience in caring for clients with MND ( Motor Neurone Disease) and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injuries)
- Must be located and willing to travel up to 30 minutes within there post code area.
- Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
- Previous experience in aged care desirable but not essential
- Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
