**The role**

You will also work closely with the Trade Waste team, supporting them to deliver a strong and positive experience for our customers.
This is a Part-Time position working 7.30am
- 4pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

**Who are you?**

You will bring a passion for exceptional customer service with a desire to make a difference and any previous administration or call centre experience will support you in this role.

The ability to understand technical matters and learn new technical skills will help you hit the ground running, along with:

- Excellent written communications skills - to be able to write internal and external documents in a constructive and professional manner
- Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer skills and ability to use customer related computer systems
- A demonstrated ability to adapt with flexible work arrangements, manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and manage stakeholder expectations with focus on achievement of timely and appropriate outputs.
