**About the role**:
As the Senior Clinician Paediatric Social Worker you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical social work services to referred patients and families. A regular day will see you work clinically with patients, attend family meetings and non clinical meetings, and undertake other senior duties that support the social work department and it's operations.

**Key responsibilities will see you**:

- provide counselling to patients and families
- supervise grade 1 and grade 2 social workers
- supervise and train social work students
- participate in quality improvement, or research

**You must have**:

- a degree in Social Work and at least 7 years experience
- ideally have worked in a health related setting
- ability to work and contribute to team culture and work within a multidisciplinary environment.
