**The Client**

Our client is a leading diversified property group with key developments across residential property, retail and office space in NSW, QLD and ACT. They are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for the real estate industry to join their growing team, based in Sydney Inner West.

**The Role**

The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing Executive is to partake in and manage given performance media operations.

A large part of this position is to work with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies therefore written, verbal and presentation skills need to be of a high standard.

Reporting to the COO you will be a key stakeholder in enabling our client to hit their Lead, Revenue and Brand targets with the constant improvement of performance media channels being top of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise and coordinate with relevant internal staff for deliverables pertaining to brand, product and project launches
- Generate and communicate USPs to the sales team in a timely and engaging manner
- Manage and brief in all marketing for content calendar including cyclical, trend, expert and project
- Create and manage all content creation relating to EDMs, social and web including video, static, graphic, animation, as well as marketing materials relevant to brand and project when required
- Develop and Oversee all organic and paid content activities aligning with marketing objectives
- Strategic & technical SEM advice & support
- Ability to research, build and optimise Paid Search accounts
- Review effectiveness of all campaigns
- Management of Paid Social agencies and platforms
- Manage all external stakeholders/agencies including Paid Social and SEM
- Be able to report on budgets spent and targets to date for channels worked on
- Work closely with the Analytics team to create reporting dashboards that give all the metrics needed for channels worked on
- Invoicing & budget reconciliation
- Inputs into annual marketing planning
- Weekly Marketing WIP management

**About You**
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience, 3yrs+ in Digital Marketing including building, optimising and improving Paid Media campaigns
- Experience across all channels such as Search, Programmatic and Paid Social
- Ability to track correctly using Tag Manager, Analytics and any 3rd party platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Hands on experience with managing agencies
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
