**Full Time | 38 Hour Week | 9am to 5pm | 3 days during the week & weekend | Great Team & Culture | Ballarat Location**

**The role**:

- You will be responsible for actively participating in the sales program focused on Gas Log Fires and Wood Heaters, engaging with customers and contributing to the continual development and improvement of the store
- Attend to the front desk and assist customers with orders and pricing inquiries
- Prepare quotations as required
- Hunt for new customers and new business opportunities
- Using consultative approaches to influence major decision makers
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Follow leads and close deals

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence a positive outcome
- Good negotiating and communication skills
- Direct engagement with customer sales experience
- Outstanding Customer Service Attitude
- Extremely well organised
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task
- Possess a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn
- A motivated and resilient attitude towards goals

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
