- Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across multiple locations.
- Coordinate deliveries and restock items as required during the event.
- Maintain organised and efficient storage spaces, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate with event teams to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.

- Proven experience in inventory management and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth operations.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced event setting.
