This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants and Baristas across opening and closing shifts so don't hesitate to apply

Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
- Preparing amazing coffees
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience
- Barista experience preferred;
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Part time and casual roles available opening and closing shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- POS: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
