Customer Service Team Leader opportunity - Available immediately - Retail & Distribution Industry

**Your new company**

We are currently seeking a Team leader to join one of Australia's and New Zealand's leading wholesale distribution companies on a full time basis. Managing a team of 6, you will be responsible for leading the Western and Central Customer Service team, monitoring both individual and team targets, managing training sessions, processing customer credits and continuously supporting the team on future developments.

**Your new role**

As a Team leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Reaching out to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients
- Managing the teams roaster, reviewing whether it aligns with the business needs
- Provide training and support for new team members
- Processing customer credits, handling any escalated customer complaints
- Managing and processing customer credits

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience leading a team through constructive leadership behaviours
- Tech Savvy-experience using Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and data requirements
