**About UQU**:
UQU represents the interests of UQ students and runs independent services, events, and outlets to enhance the student experience; including Student Advocacy and Support (SAS), and 11 retail, food, and beverage outlets, which drive a fantastic campus culture. As an independent body, UQU represents students on all important university committees to ensure their voice is heard on all university matters.

**The Nuts and Bolts**:
We are looking for hospitality superstars who are customer-service driven to join our team across all service areas of our business as Outlet or Food & Beverage Attendants. The roles involve food preparation, Barista duties, delivering exceptional dining and drink service, general bar duties, and fast-food service within a fun and collaborative team. The roles are casual with ongoing hours and career development opportunities for anyone passionate about a career in hospitality.

You have a genuine passion for customer service delivery, are friendly and approachable, and have great attention to detail. You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to lend a hand in all areas of the business wherever you can. You have excellent interpersonal skills complemented by your positive attitude to create a fun and vibrant environment.

**We may require some experience; in particular**:

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Food handling, preparation, and serving experience.
- Hospitality & Bar experience is desirable.
- Excellent customer service plus Cash handling/POS experience.
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming.
