**The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Trading Manager, you will run the end-to-end performance marketing channel and build the search strategy in this newly created and highly strategic role.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Be responsible for implementing PPC advertising campaigns and SEO best practices.
- Optimise copy and landing pages for SEM campaigns.
- Create a keyword strategy and perform market research on keyword discovery, including trends and insights from competitors.
- Ability to set up appropriate audiences and campaigns including for search, display, shopping and YouTube.
- Be able to test new ways to improve the ROI.
- Continuous research and reporting with a focus on highlighting insights and opportunities.
- Experience in Google Ads Manager is essential.
