Dental Receptionist

National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist to assist the team in our DB Dental Claremont on a casual basis.

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for our patients, your welcoming disposition and understanding nature will deliver a great first impression. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you’ll be a competent administrator with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception. From dealing with phone, electronic and face-to-face communications, through to a full suite of administrative tasks, you’ll work closely with our Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment.

**Skills & Experience**

**You have**:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Dental Receptionist role
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dental 4 Windows (D4W) experience - essential

**You are**:

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
- Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
- Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
