**About the role**

We are looking for a First Nations person who can connect with different First Nations communities to understand their needs and be able to strategically connect this back to what Fujitsu can offer.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Purpose and be part of a small and agile team of passionate people helping Fujitsu to be leaders in three key focus areas:

- ** Planet** protecting our planet by solving environmental issues.
- ** People** caring for people by improving equity.
- ** Prosperity** driving equitable prosperity through our trusted digital solutions.

Where you will drive positive outcomes for First Nations peoples and Fujitsu. You will contribute to cultural change across our organisation and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive our ways of working and meaningful reconciliation as it relates to equitable prosperity, digital inclusion and caring for country.

This is a part-time position for 3 days per week or similar, with flexible working hours and location, including hybrid working. However, you must be willing to travel from time to time.

This is an identified role; applicants must identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. Being Aboriginal and/or a Torres Strait Islander is a genuine occupational requirement for this position under s 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).

**About you**

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- ** Develop and maintain strong relationships**: Build and sustain strong, respectful relationships with First Nations communities and leaders
- ** Design and implement engagement initiatives**: Lead the creation and execution of initiatives that support the engagement of First Nations communities, aligning with the companies Reconciliation Action Plan.
- ** Support** **people-based strategies**:Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning and development and employee experience team to enable Fujitsu to become an employer of choice for First Nations peoples.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate First Nations perspectives into various segments of the business. In particular, seeking new ways of incorporating First Nations business into our ecosystem with strong economic outcomes for First Nations peoples.
- ** Monitoring and reporting**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- ** Project management**:Lead and manage multiple projects with a bias for achieving outcomes and impact.

Requirements and Experience:

- 3-5 years experience developing related skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Great at connecting the dots and bringing the right people together to achieve shared outcomes.
- A strategic thinker who is great at relationship and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organised and enjoys juggling multiple projects.
- Community engagement, project management or business development backgrounds helpful.
- Experience managing a RAP or knowledge of organisational and cultural change
- Passion for tech or the ability to understand technical solutions and Fujitsu offerings also advantageous.
