We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Site Foreman to oversee a new build of 6 luxury apartments in the Eastern Suburbs.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is suited to someone who is
- Thorough with interpreting building plans, engineering reports, specifications, regulations, codes of practice.
- Confident with scheduling and coordinating trades on the job site and managing tight deadlines.
- Ensuring the site is completed in a timely manner and handed over on time and on budget.
- Maintain a high level of paperwork, invoices, job program.
- Provide clear communication, direction and support to all subcontractors/suppliers to ensure works are completed in full and on time.
- Implement OHS systems and compliance when required.
- Work on tools where required.
- Have a strong background in carpentry.
- Be a good communicator with a positive attitude who can work well in a team environment.
- Fit, punctual and reliable to open and close site daily.
- Essential to have previous experience in managing luxury, large concrete, steel and timber constructions.
- Oversee all contractors work and check work is up to standard.
- Assist the Construction Manager with other tasks as required.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 26/08/2024
