**About the Role**: We are looking for a reliable and flexible team member to join our Marrickville store, supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Back of House (Kitchen Hand):

- General kitchen cleaning - dishes, equipment, surfaces, floors
- Deep cleaning of fridges, freezers, and storage areas
- Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members with basic food prep or ad hoc duties as needed
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are followed
- Organising and maintaining a clean kitchen workspace

**Front of House (Cashier)**:

- Handling customer payments accurately via POS system
- Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth customer service and provide assistance when needed
- Assisting with front area tidiness (e.g. wiping counters, replenishing napkins)
- Communicating clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in kitchen hand and/or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to work quickly and multitask in a high-pressure environment
- High attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Good communication and basic customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to assist in both front and back areas as needed
- Must have Australian work rights
