Our client is an interior design-focused leader in the luxury furniture industry and has been established for decades across Australia. Due to growth they now require an Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join their commercial team in Sydney.

They offer sophisticated, high-end, designer led furniture & soft furnishings to Architects, Designers, Builders, End Users and Retail customers alike. They cater to multiple market sectors and have built a solid reputation in Australia, strong brand recognition with exemplary service.

The sales team, partnered with its back up sales support, is peerless and top of class in the industry. They have a creative working environment, relaxed and relationship based selling approach. The staff retention rate at this company is solid and 60% of the staff at the company have been with the business for more than 5 year, they invest a lot of time and development into their staff members.

They host showrooms in all major cities across Australia, manufacturer here in Australia, and Australian owned and operated. They have a great sustainability and design story to share with the community.

**Role**
Our client has a unique commercial sales opportunity available, servicing their top tier clients in Sydney. Inherit an established client base from day one. (This position is a rare find)

Manage existing top tier accounts and maintain long lasting relationships with clients. You must have a strategic focus on your sales process and an extensive product knowledge of the furniture sector.

The position will naturally grow, and you will have an opportunity to develop with the business as it continues to experience strong year on year growth.

The role offers a lucrative uncapped commission structure $30K-$80K annually in commissions You will be working in a fun and dynamic team with great company values and culture. Your role will be reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager and focus purely on the end user market.

**Skills & Experience**:

- To be considered for this role you must have:_
- Commercial furniture sales experience is required.
- Strong tenure in previous positions and seeking a longer-term career move.
- Strong work ethic and eager to grow professionally and personally.
- Proven track record in sales within the decorative building products industry.
- High degree of energy, dynamic, self-motivated and desire to be rewarded with your hard efforts.
- Happy to work from showroom / office four days a week and on the road.
- Enjoy meeting and entertaining clients.
- Can work five days a week Monday - Friday and four days in the office.
