First Things First Coffee is South Australia's premier drive-through specialty coffee experience. We are dedicated to specialty coffee and proudly serve thousands of South Australians their daily dose. We serve an array of delicious hot and cold beverages, as well as a selection of fresh and nutritious food options.

We are seeking two individuals with leadership experience to join our team as Assistant Managers.

**As a First Things First Coffee Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Leading FOH operations during weekend (and occasional weekday) service as well as ensuring flow of procedures and upholding of product quality.
- Coffee making, basic food preparation and cleaning
- Assisting store manager with rostering and HR issues
- Assisting store manager with stock ordering
- Being the primary point of contact for face-to-face customer feedback
- Supporting store manager with the facilitation of new products, promotions and procedures
- Assisting with training and mentoring to staff
- Upholding of our MAKE THEIR DAY mission and our values of TEAMWORK, RELATIONSHIPS, PRIDE AND MINDFULNESS.

- Ability to multi-task
- At least 3 years customer service experience
- At least 12 months experience leading a team/ teams of people in an official capacity

Our working hours are Monday to Saturday: 5:15am
- 4:30 pm and Sunday 7:15am-4:30pm, public holidays public holidays from 7:15 AM to 1:00 PM.

**Position Details**:
Locations: Multiple Locations

Position is full-time, initially 38 hour, 5 days a week for training, moving then to a 76 hrs per fortnight. One weekend on, one weekend off rotating roster. Weekend availability essential and some overtime will be required. Please be aware a majority of the shift start times in prior 6am.

Remuneration: $75k per annum (inclusive of reasonable overtime) plus superannuation.

**Please Note**: we are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment to First Things First and become a key member of our management team. As such, working holiday & student visa holders are not suited to this role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
