**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Given the multi-faceted nature of our venue, the role requires an outstanding Manager who can work collaboratively with our Licensee to grow and oversee our daily operations.

**Leadership**: As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting an environment where staff strive for excellence.

**Venue Operations**: you will oversee and drive the day to day operations of the venue including the running of functions and events.

**Customer service**: Providing exceptional customer experience to ensure our customers keep coming back.

**Compliance**: Upholding all venue regulations and laws and ensuring all team members are well versed on all NSW liquor and gaming laws.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, ideally working across fast paced and successful Food, Bars and Gaming operations
- Strong planning and organisational skills to lead, develop and manage a multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to effectively assist the Licensee to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations being executed in line with Company goals
- Must hold current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications
