**About The Role**

Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) offers fitness, recreation and aquatic education services across multiple sites in Glen Eira, including the premier Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC). At GEL, we are passionate about providing outstanding service to improve the health and wellbeing of our community and everybody is welcome

The Finance and Administration Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating membership administration processes and providing financial management support to Council's Finance Team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reconciling and reporting Cash, EFTPOS and Online payments.
- Fortnightly processing of Direct Debit runs for GEL Memberships.
- Resolving customer payment and administration disputes any queries.
- Providing staff training and reference instructions for administration and finance work systems.

**About you**

Your high attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving will provide improvements to the member experience and internal administration processes.

You will be a positive team player and a strong understanding of administration software (Perfect Gym and Microsoft Suite packages) is desirable.
