**Shift 1**:
**Location**: Baldivis, WA
**Shifts Available**:

- **Monday**: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
- **Friday**: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
- **Thursday**: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
- Additional hours may become available in the future._

**Shift 2**:
**Location**:Mosman Park, WA
**Shifts Available**:

- **Monday**: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Additional hours may become available in the future._

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a **female casual support worker** to provide assistance to a client located in **Baldivis & Mosman Park**. This role involves supporting daily routines, promoting independence, and assisting with community engagement.

**To Be Eligible for This Role, You Must Provide**:
Mandatory Certificates:

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module: _Quality, Safety and You_
- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
- Supporting Effective Communication

Documents and Checks:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & Manual Handling Certificates
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Driver’s License and Vehicle Registration (Rego)
- Passport and recent photo
- Visa (if applicable)
- 2 professional references
