We currently have an immediate requirement for a Test Analyst to join the AJQ Delivery Team in Sydney, on a hybrid/work from home engagement.

**What will you be doing?**
- Define and document acceptance criteria for testing using various methodologies derived from the testing requirements, such as Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches, in order to ensure effective system assessments
- Prepare test estimates, based on analysis of the test requirements, as required by project managers, in order to ensure effective testing protocols and smooth system usage
- Develop test plans for various test phases, based on available project documentation, including system testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and production verification testing, in order to confirm products are ready for usage
- Analyse and prepare test data as required for test examination to ensure products are fully usable and acceptable for release
- In conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager, establish best practice policies, processes, templates and tools to ensure system products meet high quality standards when released
- Produce testing options and solutions that ensure the effective performance of Systems and products to the intended operating environment
- Place the customer at the centre of all decision making
- Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans

**About You**
- Makes decisions, using good judgment, expertise and knowledge, under limited guidance from more senior staff, on tasks/assignments with considerable complexity and sensitivity
- Matters requiring a higher level of approval are referred to the Reporting Line Manager

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Extensive experience in a Systems Group Tester role
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a Systems Group project delivery team performing activities to strict deadlines. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the position description
