**Data Warehouse Test Analyst**

**Location: ACT ONLY**

**Contract Duration**: 6 months

**Extension**:12 months x 2

Our Federal Govt client is looking for multiple Data Warehouse Test Analysts to join their team.

**Duties**:

- Implement test strategy and plan across projects/changes
- Ensure adherence to testing methods and standards
- Prepare, maintain, and review test requirements and scripts
- Provide testing effort estimates and progress updates
- Assign tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes
- Assist in production release and review of test deliverables
- Document and agree on test environment requirements
- Execute test scripts as needed
- Produce metrics to measure testing quality and progress
- Escalate risks, issues, and assumptions to Test Manager
- Clarify test requirements with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarify system behavior
- Coordinate UAT with multiple business teams
- Support Test Manager in leading test estimates, schedules, and resource coordination
- Prepare test signoff artifacts prior to production implementation
- Work with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Adhere to Defect Management strategy
- Contribute to and review testing artifacts
- Develop, document, and improve testing processes and procedures
- Collaborate on business improvement strategies and change initiatives
- Assist Enterprise Testing and Quality Assurance section and other teams
- Provide leadership and direction to staff
- Train and mentor staff involved in test design and execution
- Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff
- Ensure appropriate documentation according to recordkeeping policy

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse testing
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining test plans, cases, results, and defect reporting
- Strong SQL skills and ETL knowledge for Data Warehousing testing
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps
- Understanding of testing practices in agile and waterfall environments
- Ability to work independently or under Test Manager's direction
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills
- Mandatory ISTQB Foundation Certificate
- Desirable certifications in SQL, Oracle, or ISTQB Agile Extension
