Secure Networks Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Maintain network performance, respond to high-severity incidents (P1 & P2), and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
- Network Security: Implement security measures, including firewall policies, access authentication, and disaster recovery planning.
- Performance Monitoring & Configuration: Monitor network performance and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) for optimal functionality.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Support junior engineers and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems.
- Change & Case Management: Ensure all network changes go through proper approval processes and maintain accurate case notes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise experience in networking.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and data centers.
- Extensive experience with Cisco secure networks, including implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in firewall technologies (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless networks.
- Familiarity with software-defined networking (Cisco SD-Access) and SD-WAN environments (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet).
- Experience with network management systems.
