**Available Positions**:
At our Melbourne Airport sites, we currently have the following positions available:

- **Evening Team **Leader (Full-Time)**

As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Alongside the Store Manager, you will assist in leading a team of talented baristas and café staff, ensuring that they are trained to deliver exceptional service and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- _Must be available for evening shifts until 10pm, alongside availability for 1 weekend shift._
- **Cafe All Rounder (Casual)**

As a cafe all rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages.
- _Must be available for early morning shifts from 4am and/or evening shifts until 10pm, alongside availability for 1 weekend shift. _
- Prior experience working in a café or hospitality environment (5+ years for team leader position
- Barista experience is a must
- A passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work great in a team environment
