**How you’ll make a difference**- Lead complex, multi-discipline design management across project lifecycles - from concept to construction.- Provide technical direction, design governance and leadership across major infrastructure or building programs.- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality, integrated design outcomes.- Champion design innovation, sustainability, digital engineering, and design excellence.

**Qualifications**

**The qualities that help you thrive**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.- Ability to navigate complexity and drive high-performing teams to success- Extensive industry experience, including significant experience in a design management or technical leadership role.- Strong understanding of Australian design and construction standards.- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
