Gary Singh Enterprises T/A Singh’s Support Services is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to live independently and reach their goals. We provide high-quality, person-centred care and support services across Victoria. As our organisation grows, we are seeking a highly capable and organised **Office Manager** to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office.
**Position Summary**
The Office Manager is responsible for managing administrative staff and processes, ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, maintaining participant and employee records, coordinating internal systems, and supporting business operations. This role plays a key part in supporting service delivery and organisational effectiveness.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations including reception, filing systems, and communications
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and service bookings for staff and participants
- Ensure participant records, service agreements, and documentation meet NDIS compliance requirements
- Support the onboarding and training of staff, and maintain HR records
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll support
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including families, support coordinators, and auditors
- Maintain IT systems and office supplies; manage relationships with suppliers
- Prepare reports for management and assist with audits and quality checks
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in the disability services, community health, or NDIS sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of office systems, record-keeping, and document control
- High level of organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with empathy and professionalism
**Qualifications**
- Diploma of Management, or related field (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
